On Feeling Great
Ever notice how your thinking can get in the way of your happiness sometimes?
Try this trick — when you find yourself getting caught up in negative thinking: STOP and ask yourself, “What is good about this moment right now?” Keep focused on that question until you come up with an answer. Then go down THAT road with your thoughts. Notice how the negativity subsides…and how much better you feel.
“Remember, happiness doesn’t depend on who you are or what you have; it depends solely on what you think” (Dale Carnegie, 1888-1955).
To your brilliance,
